We had a horrible experience as the company sent the wrong car that did not fit our family and some of my kids had to take an Uber home
Despite telling us that they would send a car for six people. They sent a card for four people, and refused to give us a refund for the ride.

The ride to the airport was flawless, the ride home from the airport was a nightmare.
Ride to airport driver was friendly, polite, and respectful.
Ride from the airport, driver kept, speeding up, and slamming on the brakes. He was also swerving in between lanes, and was exceeding the speed limit going between 60 to 80 mph.

Very pleasant driver and ride from Boston to Wells, ME
Driver called when we landed to let us know he was there and opened the lines of direct communication.
Would have been even better if we were provided with some bottled water as we just got off the plane and it was a longer ride.
Fine and functional, nothing special and questionable billing
The driver was there and got us safely to our destination. He communicated right when my flight landed.
The company sent me strange, unprofessional texts asking my arrival info when it was part of the order without identifying themselves. The driver did not identify himself or the company or me by name until I initiated that. The driver took non-toll roads, adding a solid 10 minutes to a journey at 2am, which was unwelcome and initially didn't have the right destination, I typed in the address. I paid a tip ahead of time at ordering and, based on the driver's expectant body language, I have strong reason to suspect the driver was not given this money. This is unacceptable and, I believe, illegal, if that is what's happening.

We ordered a car to drive us to the airport. The driver actually went to the airport to pick us up. Unbelievable!
