Terrible

Driver showed up 20 minutes late. I reserved the car for 4am pick up in order to catch a 6am flight from Logan. Diver did not show up until 4:20am. I called the day before and was told you gauranteed on time service. I barely made it on to the plane on time. You should give me a refund.

Great driver. Smart and personable.

It is unclear how to tip the driver digitally. As a result my poor driver got no tip.

Driver was a no show at 5:15am for airport transportation.

That the driver asked me for my address when I called him at 5:20am asking where he was, our ride was scheduled on 9/7 for 9/20 to the airport at 5:15AM. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. I was sent a confirmation text the night before with the drivers cell number. He put us in a terribly stressful situation. We had to drive in and park. Someone texted me that they would offer us a free ride to make up for it or pay for parking over the amount of our bill but I haven’t heard back again. Obviously we won’t recommend them or call them again.

Some difficulties as the flight was delayed but together with the driver we got it worked out.

All good. The driver was new to the job and there were some improvements needed but over time I am sure he will do fine. He was a very kind and courteous driver.

Driver delayed over an hour weather & traffic-

I flew overnight from the west coast and was exhausted. Flight landed early it was a long wait

not good

I am exceptionally disappointed with the service on this trip. To start with, I opted to pay for the upgraded “executive sedan” service and was provided a small Cadillac CTS in which my head hit the roof and I could not even extend my legs. Additionally, my driver barely spoke English and it was very difficult to communicate with him. Upon my return to Boston, my ride (the same driver) was over 45 minutes late in picking me up at Logan and then, even after talking to me on the phone, went to the wrong terminal for pickup, thus requiring me to walk to their location or end up waiting much longer. In addition, the driver needed to be route knowledgeable as I had to make them aware of the outbound HOV lane. I would like some sort of financial restitution for this situation.

Once the driver showed up he was great.

We landed early and when I called to ask where to find the driver I learned the car had not been organized yet. So we waited in the end an hour (40 min past our scheduled landing time ) and we were exhausted from our very early flight.
