Great Service.. I would definitely recommend!!
The service was on time and the ride was pleasant.
The Boston traffic is always horrible, but with good planning I was able to take the stress off from everyone!

Unprofessional and Not worth the money

Unprofessional service
We booked a ride from the airport to downtown Boston. We had specially booked a child seat, which costs extra. At pickup, the driver communicated only by WhatsApp, which does not work if you come from Europe and only after landing in the US a booking of a data plan is possible. We had to look for him. He was standing in the parking lot. All the other ride services were there with a sign when we arrived. The child seat was forgotten. This was a problem with a toddler. We asked for a refund for the cost of the seat. The $10 for the extra cost the ride service wanted to give cash at the hotel. He would not refund it to the credit card. We never saw the money again. All in all, not recommended

Car was late.
Drive was quick.
Car was not what was ordered. Driver did not explain why.
JLL is very accommodating. This is my second using JLL's car service. The first time I was in a bind and without hesitation provided a solution that worked out immensely. Going forward, JLL will only be my car service when I am traveling.
There isn't that comes to mind.

Plane was delayed due to weather, and we were happy to have JLL meet us at Logan BOS at 3:00am!
Reasonable cost. Joseph was helpful when I contacted him via phone.
There was a glitch with the website, and we kept receiving reminders with the incorrect pick up time. A phone call to JLL solved the issue, but the reminders did cause concern.

Car was late, driver looked like he was falling asleep and there were eggs in the back.
Car was disgusting, seat belt didn’t work, AC was broken and car drove very rough. Also didn’t look like it had been washed in a very long time. Sent a note to company letting them know and asking for partial refund - no response from them….

Complicated and inefficient
Primary driver had incorrectly gone to Maine, and was not at Logan Airport to meet us. The secondary driver was great - but shared with us that the Primary driver (and owner) has a history of not being trustworthy.

Terrible. I will never use JLL again
Drivers were friendly
Drivers on pickup was 15 min late going to the airport and returning service driver was 30 min late picking up from airport.
Driver on trip to the airport was a terrible driver. He swirved all over the place and there were many times we thought he was going off the road or was going to hit another car.
Cars were old and horrible. The car on return service had no air conditioning, it was warm outside and we sat in traffic for a long time. Car got very hot and it was extremely uncomfortable.

Got home safely after a very long flight
Smooth ride. Kept good distance between cars most of time. Used signal when changing lanes.
We had some trouble finding him initially. Got a little lost at one point. Even though it was nice to get home sooner would prefer not to go over speed limit

He took 15 minutes to get to the airport once I told him that I had my luggage.

I scheduled the incorrect date and they were able to accommodate and pick me up quickly!
45 mins late and then had to get gas.
