Scary
on time
The driver got lost. He was drifting out of the lane on the highway. He was gesticulating with his arm out of the car as if he was directing traffic. It was very uncomfortable because it wasn’t clear that he was of right mind. It was a long drive and everyone was tired and he talked entire way, but most importantly, no one felt safe because of his driving . I also want to clarify that I wrote another review for the trip from Boston Logan to Rockport and that one was fine. I confused it with this current trip from Rockport to Portsmouth which is horrible

The driver got lost, and the passenger had to correct them on the correct highway to take. Worst, the driver proselytized about his religion the entire trip. And asked if the passengers went to church. Inappropriate and annoying. It would have been better had a not spoken at all because the passengers were extremely tired from two days of traveling.

The driver got lost. The driver talked the entire time about religion and kept asking if the passengers went to church. The passengers were extremely tired from two days of traveling, and really just wanted some peace and quiet. It’s inappropriate and annoying to have someone proselytize.

Not a car service experience
That he was on time and friendly
I ordered a sedan, what showed up was a silver small SUV. The driver was nice but was wearing a shirt that wasn’t even button and the bottom half was completely open. Looked like he had just gotten out of bed to come pick me up.

My experience was frustrating and stressful.
The car was comfortable, once it finally arrived.
The vehicle was extremely late due to a flat tire. We did not receive accurate communication or updates about the location of our driver or vehicle, and only received information when we called and asked. Consequently, we nearly missed our flight.

Easy and reliable airport dropoff
My driver Ryan communicated clearly the day prior to and morning of my pickup. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to chat with throughout the ride.

It was convenient, the driver new the way, calm abd secure
Had to provide pickup details several times in on my return trip the driver headed south from the airport rather then north.
Driver going to the airport was very quiet.
Had to provide the trip details multiple times, driver showed up 45 minutes early to take me to the airport. Driver on my return trip headed south out of Logan rather then north, getting us into a traffic snarl due to construction, which added more time to my already lengthy travel day.

Shockingly bad
My colleague booked the wrong day but trying to rearrange the booking over the phone was impossible.
Never book this firm.

On time, friendly
I had ordered incorrect days, and they were able to accommodate the change the day before our travels. We had 7 passengers, and we were very comfortable in the van. The driver pointed out the airplanes to my little kids to get them excited for their first-time on a plane.
