Actually very irritated from start to goal for getting a sedan instead of a van we ordered. Had to pack luggage in the back seat.

My expectations were too high, as I thought the service would be more on top of my flight status.
Knowing I was going to have a ride home.
The fact that they dispatched a driver to pick me up at the original arrival time and didn't bother to see that the flight was delayed by an hour. Their drivers should be told the airline and the flight number so that the status of flight would be known. It added an extended 1/2 hour wait time after I had my luggage.

A little expensive, but Cisco was an incredibly professional and friendly driver.
The driver (Cisco) was the most friendly, personable and professional driver I’ve had in years. I cannot recommend him enough and I will definitely use this service again because of him.
The price for an airport trip is a bit more than expected, but I can’t complain since the driver was so great.

The pickup was early and the driver was very friendly.
Friendly driver and comfy car
I'm not a city resident, so I was shocked by the cost to go to the airport. The drive was only 12 minutes.
Started off terrible 1st driver got lost waited over1 and 1/2 hours
Next driver Mr Louie was right there after Joseph called him
Waited long time. Got in airport before 11pm. Didn't get home till after 1am

Horrible. Driver never showed up for a trip to the airport. When he finally called he said he would be a half hour late which would cause us yo miss our flight

Overall efficient and safe service
Driver had good communication for pick up time and location. Driver was on time. He got us to the destination safely and quickly
Communication with main service was difficult when attempting to make changes.

Horrible
The car.
The driver was a half hour late. He also hit the sidewalk and asked me to put the cordinence in his phone to the airport. Never again. I also had to put and take my luggage out myself
