Owner was very rude to me on phone, blaming me for his company’s failure to provide limo service after numerous text exchanges and a phone call to him regarding my change of date for a pickup. On top of that, he had the nerve to charge us for a ride he never provided us! Ridiculous!

Our driver Olavo was professional, friendly and helpful- great driver

Driver was unprofessional. Used his phone. Had to request he open trunk for my bags. Drove way too fast. Complained about having to get me and then was visibly annoyed he was going to have to pick me up too. Car was old and run down.

It was my first time experiencing a transportation service with JLL car service. The destination was Logan airport in Boston in a busy Saturday of a long weekend. I should say that I was very satisfied with the service I received from the beginning to the very end. It was very convenient to book the service one night before my flight. . The driver arrived at the pick up location earlier than he should,.( 20 min). He then communicated with me in order to put me nicely at ease to take my time and remain focused on getting ready while he was waiting for me. So meanwhile, I was sure that the service would not be late. I had 6 suitcases for my international trip. The car was spacious, nice and comfortable. The driver was very helpful both at the pick up location and at the airport with loading and unloading the luggage, even helped me to find a cart in a very busy day at Logan He was professional and friendly. Thank you very much Castro for the amazing service you provided.

There was a lot of miscommunication about what kind of car, what time, which driver, my location - leading to a substantial delay in getting where I was going, with a driver who didn't seem to understand I was in a hurry

The “owner” as he stated to me on the phone after I booked online for a discount to be paid at the time of booking was incredibly rude and not attentive at calling back he would even hang up on me. His aggressive tone was so much I wish I didn’t book with this company. I am handicapped so having no communication on where exactly we would be picked up at the airport was frustrating and then he would hang up on me. We waited 45 min at the airport when we arrived to find out our driver was not even at the correct terminal. We sent him email with all the facts of the airline, flight number and time of arrival. He “owner” said don’t worry if you booked on line we will be there, but that never happened. They were 20 min late on picking us up for our flight home as well. Again I would have canceled but I was not confident I would receive a refund as they seemed to be such a nightmare to work with. It was an awful experience from beginning to end.
