Driver arrived early for pickup. Was able to drop at 2 different airlines without a problem. Efficient.
Early arrival, driver was great to deal with and got to the airport no problem.
There was a problem with charges. The online charge did not appear to go through so had called and gave them my credit card. I was charged twice for the trip/tip and am currently trying to get one of the charges reversed.

We were disappointed with the lack of communication from the boss, only the drivers were helpful, but didn't know what was going on either.
Drivers were polite and helpful. The van was clean and roomy.
The guy who took our reservation over the phone didn't pick up when we tried calling. Our ride to the airport was an hour and a half late picking us up. I had to call the driver, who didn't even know he was supposed to pick us up. I had 2 confirmations from the boss, but no one showed up. I tried calling the boss to see what was going on. He never returned my call or answered my texts until after another driver had to rush over to pick us up. Terrible customer service! If we had known, we could have just taken the subway to the airport for a LOT less money. Finally, when the boss guy did respond to my text he was dismissive and rude. He refused to refund or discount the trip fee. Very frustrating and irritating! We almost missed our flight home because of the 1.5 hour DELAY!

Excellent!!!
Our flight was delayed in Chicago pushing the landing and pick up time past 1 am. Our driver, Christian, was there waiting for us...and got us to our destination quickly and efficiantly. We're using these guys whenever we fly out of or into Boston from now on !!!

Showed up early, ready to go when we walked out of the airport
There were two adults, two children 4 and 5, 2 car seats, all arriving at midnight after a long flight. Thy were where they said they would be and we didn't have to wait.

Fair and understanding
Due to JLL’s online scheduling and payment system, the company was not notified and we were left waiting for some time. There were a series of miscommunication and we ultimately did something else. However the owner was gracious and fair, and refunded our fee.
It was a last minute need due to a delay. And the delays kept happening. Despite this, Christian made himself available up to 1.5 hours after initial landing time (and very close to the 1AM deadline). Can't thank him enough.

Flight was late but the driver was GREAT!
He was professional, courteous, friendly and a great driver.

Mr. Joseph was rude and late the other drivers were very good .
I liked that I could book on line and get a discount. I like the other two drivers. They helped with the luggage and spoke with respect. The other drivers did apologize for being late.
I didn't like how rude Mr. Joseph was. I didn't like that the drivers were late. I didn't like that the car seat was not in the car when we came from the airport. I have not gotten a refund for that.

The experience was disappointing the first driver Joseph was rude but the second and third drivers were nice
I liked that I could book on line and get a discount for booking on line.
I did not like that the first driver was rude. They were late on both ends leaving the airport and going back to the airport. I did not get the car seat leaving the airport and I would like a refund.
Driver from airport was prompt, courteous and had great communication skills.
The pickup from the hotel to the airport was one and a half hour late. The owner of the company came to pick us up. The drivers assigned for this pick up never showed up.
The Driver Helder(I could not exactly spell the name) is so kind and helpful, he helps us to find the right door and even help us to take the luggage from car to the elevator. It's really impressive

Our driver was awesome, felt so bad we left by accident the phone in his car and he had to come back, we thank him so very much.r
That he got us to the airport in plenty of time and the car very comfortable
