This JLL company’s airport pick up is a total a scam. BWARE AND DO NOT USE!
Driver never showed up with a sign of my name at the guaranteed pickup point at the airport. I waited over 40 minutes. Your company sent an Uber driver who charges about $30 for a ride that I paid over $100 (and you took 20% tip without my authorization!) I booked the airport service due to a fractured foot but I had to lug my suitcases all the way to where the Uber driver parked. The JLL Car Service is NOT a professional car pickup service but a scam. I will be making a report to the US Consumer Protection Agency for their illegitimate company that extorts money from honest consumers.
Both drivers were professional, polite and provided an excellent service. Thank you. I will use this service again.

We paid for this premium limo service to be at the airport waiting for us (we are 83 years old) but had to wait 40 minutes after our scheduled arrival time and our flight arrived 40 minutes early so the driver was 80 minutes late.
Nothing. Uber or regular taxi would've provided faster service and not given us an excuse that the pickup time was 730pm versus when the flight arrived which is what the JLL representative assured us they would do.
Late pick up and lied about why they were late.
