Arrived early, chose a good route to airport, very efficient ride.

Being stranded at 4:00am because your driver failed to show up, so had to call trusty Uber to bail me out. Furious. Will never call you again.

Punctuality at initial pick up. Car was nice
Driver attitude. Went wrong way twice and wouldn’t listen. Clearly went home during downtime and made us wait 30 min for pick up after event when we paid to have car stay there

Once in the car the driver provided a safe comfortable ride
The driver wasnt there to pick us up on time and spoke little to no english which made it difficult to understand

LOVE THIS COMPANY. Great communication via phone. The driver was on time and had wonderful great customer service. The rate was competitive and I have already referred out (they are renting this week) and I definitely will rent again.
I liked the ease of booking online. I also liked that I got a processing and or confirmation email/phone call.
The driver was a little warm so I would recommend all drivers get frequent breaks to get refreshed/freshen up.

Less the optimal.
We got home.
The fact that I ordered a 15 passenger sprinter van and ended up with a suv and a town car that was last be over 15 minutes. The driver drove to slow a 35 minute ride was 55 minutes and at 230am all we wanted was to get home.
