Great safe ride from the airport to my destination.
The driver texted me as to his location, was courteous & professional. The car was clean & in great condition.
During booking process, the person handling the booking needed to double-check with me after booking…that made me feel a little unsure how things would go but everything was perfect.

Driver was not there to pick us up and we had to take an airport taxi doubling the cost.
Terrible service - the car didn’t turn up! We rang them and they said the car broke down but we weren’t informed! Said they will send other car but that also didn’t turn up - not even a call! In the end we had to take a taxi

Better than we could have expected.
Christian was extremely kind and helped us find our Airbnb in the middle of the night when we were given the wrong address by the owner. We are so appreciative.

Wouldn't use again as I trusted you to drive my daughter to the Cape from Logan Airport
Not sure if anything as my dgtr was picked up
Expensive when all fees/taxes/tip added in AND when my dgtr didn't arrive on time, we tracked her and found her in the car with your driver on the WRONG SIDE OF CAPE COD and she had to tell him where to go for drop-off............ not good

The driver never arrived. I called several times and was told he forgot and to call back. After 45 minutes a different driver said he was on his way but was 45 minutes away. We had to call an Uber to get to the airport to barely make our flight.
Nothing.
Everything. No one ever came and the individuals we spoke to were dishonest. I was also promised that I would not be charged but the charges still have not been refunded.

Prompt and professional
There was a 30 minute delay for the driver. But the company answered the phone with assurance that the driver would be late, but still was coming.
