Very frustrating when driver didn’t want to pick us up at shuttle spot, instead wanted us to walk back to parking garage. 45 minutes late picked up another couple and we found him. Definite language barrier. Never use this company again, ever. Driver tried to blame us!!!
When we got to airport. Driver never apologized!
Him being 45 minutes late. He had to pick up another couple, couldn’t understand the problem for him.

Great shuttle, on time both times, professional, did what they said they would !
Same thing, on time, and were very professional.
The shuttles are maybe getting a bit old, some creaks and groans from the van on the way.

The company was only concerned about money. I informed them that two senior citizens with bad legs were in the vehicle. Both people require the use of a wheelchair. This did not stop them from pushing more people Into this tiny van. Squishing the legs of the two seniors on board. We were basically sitting on each other laps. If they could’ve put someone on the roof of the car just to get extra money, they would have

I cancelled this. Did not use the shuttle. Waiting on refund
A group of four of us booked this shuttle service for a recent cruise that we had planned for the weekend of January 24-27, 2020. When we arrived at the airport, we were told that our flight would be delayed for 5 hours due to weather. At that point we knew that it would be able to get to Orlando in time to catch the shuttle. We communicated with the driver and asked if we could be refunded the payment because we would not make it to Orlando at all. We were told that we would get a call back and that call never happened. Because of flight delays, we lost over $1400 for the cruise, $120 for the shuttle and $440 on flights. I was very disappointed because this was not at all anyone's fault that we could not fulfill this trip but the fact that no one tried to assist us in the process was overwhelming. The worst part was the fact that we sat at the airport for over six hours going back and forth with the airport, carnival cruise line and the shuttle service and still ended up returning home.

these people don’t need to be in business.
Nothing. We cancelled our reservations weeks in advance just like we were told to and have not received a refund or email or phone call.
This place is horrible. You cannot speak to a live person they say “email us.” The man who does answer the phone is rude and not at all helpful.

Glad the driver was able to see me to be able to wave to me for me to find him/shuttle!
Happy I got a ride to the airport since no one picked me up from the airport on Jan 9th.
This ride was fine, didn't like I had to wait 2 hours before catching another shuttle to Cocoa beach for another $17 on Jan 9th. I don't think you should take reservations for a time which you can't pick up (even though I was almost half an hour earlier than I had guessed I'd pick up luggage).

Super easy, barely an inconvenience.
Shuttle was a large van instead of a bus, made the drive much faster.
It took some effort to locate our driver.
