This was terrible ...i booked a shuttle for a pick up and was never notified they cancelled. I was traveling alone and stranded at Orlando Airport. I tried calling the number on my reservation multiple times. All I needed was someone to say they were not coming. It was awful.

I have not received refund as requested because cruise was cancelled.
