Awful..they never showed..I called they told me to take a uber and hung up hung up
They took my money..every time I called them 4 times they were rude and hung up the phone. Told me they weren't coming and to call uberThen didnt answer anymore. I had to spend 115.00 on an uber so I didnt miss my flight. Money I didnt have budgeted.

Stressful experience
Driver drove fast to make up time
Seemed a disorganized, lots of pick ups that were all over the place. Did seem to be trying his best.

I was unhappy with pickup times unfulfilled. I got from hotel to dock and back.
Promised pickup time was 745, did not arrive until after 10. Still made my boat with plenty of time, but would have preferred to have slept in instead of being ready for the shuttle and not being picked up. Again at pickup, texted driver we were ready for pickup, he texted back right away that he was 40 minutes away, did not arrive for an hour twenty. He was a safe driver and got us back and forth.
we used quick shuttle service from port Canaveral 830.AM MY DRIVER WAS ON TIME WE GOT BY 9 AM price was good $15 bus was clean we was very happy

Eventially got to destination.
Showed up late. Lacked communication.

Bad communication, excuses as why it took 2 hours to go from the port to Sanford airport. Do not depend on them to get you to an airport if you have a flight to catch. They are more concerned on getting people to their hotels that are flying out the next day.

Driver was hard to understand over the phone and couldn't understand why I'd only purchased one way- from the cruise ship port to the airport instead of round trip- how many people purchase port-airport-port really?

Driver never showed up to take us to the airport as stated in the contract and I have not yet received my refund.

The driver not showing up. Prepaid Contract in email agreed to pick up from Radisson Port Canaveral on Monday Nov 4th at 2pm. and drive us to the Sanford Airport. Driver never showed and had to find alternate transportation. Requesting refund ASAP.

confusion: had difficulty locating van at airport and then again at cruise port
website showed photo of a bus - receipt indicated shuttle bus - at airport workers told us busses didn't arrive at the level we were told to wait at, they sent us back to first level where busses were, we later had to go to 2nd level because driver was in a car THIS WAS VERY DIFFICULT WITH MY WIFE BEING IN A WHEELCHAIR driver was late getting to the airport NEITHER VEHICLE HAD PC QUICK SHUTTLE MARKINGS ON IT!

Shitty, shitty, shitty. My reservation was from Orlando airport to Cocoa Beach Hotels. I called to be picked up after I collected my luggage and the person said they would call me back. A few minutes later I received a text stating that no one was coming to pick me up because no ships were in port that day.
Nothing.
The coward who sent me a text rather than calling me back as he said he would.
