Unknown. Trip was canceled.
A full refund.
No way to cancel online. Had to call the pick number to leave a message asking for a refund. Instead of returning my call I received a text to respond to my confirmation email. Once I did that and received a reply that my options were to hold the reservation for a year or wait until September for a refund. I paid 3 months in advance of my trip but have to wait 6 months from the date that I was notified my cruise was canceled, which is same day I requested to cancel and a refund. I know things take time but 6 months is excessive especially to not have a way to cancel online.

I canceled this shuttle as our cruise was canceled. I notified the company of this 2 weeks ago. Would like my refund please.
That my cancellation of 2 weeks ago has been ignored
Not good. Have left two phone messages and one email after cruise was canceled on March 13th to see about a refund and all have been ignored.
Initially the ease when I made my reservation last November and the value for the money
The complete disregard to voicemails and email concerning a refund from canceled cruise. I along with others who didn't utilize this service should be completely refunded.
The driver was alright after waiting for 1 1/2 hours because she could not get through to the office to verify the passengers phone number

The office was charging us double for pickup to residence and also to the airport. After calling several times to correct this error nobody responded except voice mail. Our fee for our ride should have been 150.00. 75.00 for 2 each way. Instead they charged us 300.00 for each way. We could have rented a car for this amount for a week. We are only paying the amount of $150.00. The credit company has this dispute in their hands now since you would not rectify this problem. Lucy clesen

Both ways driver did a good job
Driver had to wait for last couple did so but kept us informed of cruise ships time to leave port. He did a good job getting us dock side on time

No problem with driver but Paul needs to be fired because he initially sent driver to wrong airport and lied about it, yelled at me and refused to give me his name but the driver did apologize for Paul"s unprofessional behavior. Paul also messed up another persons reservation that waited at the airport with us at the airport until finally the shuttle arrived very late.
The driver that came was polite and told me Paul's name since he refused to give it to me when I asked for it.
Paul's yelling at me and then telling me I was not his mother when I asked him to calm down. He was also rude to the other person at the airport that had to wait with to get a ride sorted out.

had a confirmed reservation but no shuttle showed up to pick us up. refund made day of pickup
had confirmed reservation but no shuttle showed up to pick us up. refund was made to my account but never received a call from shuttle service. sitting at the airport at 11:55 pm trying to arrange other ride. This is not a good way to treat travelers. I did receive a call at 945 am the day of my travels and the driver told me he was on his way. I told him our reservation was for 1155 pm he confirmed that time would not be a problem and someone would be there to pick us up. EPIC FAIL
entire service. poor communication. NO SHOW AT AIRPORT BY SHUTTLE SERVICE.

We were not aware that the shuttle was taking people to multiple airports from the cruise terminals, so it took twice as long as expected

The car was very cramped when sitting in the back with four people. Very uncomfortable. This was for my ride from MCO to the cruise port.
He was so knowledgeable about the area and made the drive very pleasant!
