It was comforting to not have to find our way around on our own. The drivers were on-time and friendly & congenial. The vehicle was clean and fragrant.
The drivers kept in touch with us from the time our plane landed until they met us. We have nothing negative to say.
Marking on trailer and vehicle did not indicated Port Canaveral Quick Shuttle and now this review calls it Coco Beach Shuttle, what shuttle service was I using?
Wait at port for return was way too long. I got off ship at 8:45am and we didn’t even leave port until after 9:45am.
And shuttle was not marked as I indicated above so it was very confusing. By the way, very well marked Coco Beach Shuttles came and went at least 5 times as I waited for my shuttle.
Driver yelled and then left me behind. I can’t believe that a driver would be so rude.
Not a thing.
Never got a ride. Left me at the Port.

The timeframe was far from accurate. It took two hours and 20 minutes instead of 53 minutes.
The Vehicle was nice.
It took nearly 2 1/2 times what was published. We ran all over the joint. Sure glad I had extra time before my flight.

They were late and didn't Contact us... I had contacted them and they picked us up in a 12-passenger van with a bunch of other misfits.
Driver was fine... we waited a long, long time to meet another van from another route that dropped off add'l misfits behind a fast-food restaurant in the airport area.
We were 20+ minutes late departing and then waited quite a while behind the fast food restaurant, so we were about an hour behind scheduled arrival at Port Canaveral and in a 12-passenger white van instead of a 42-passenger black bus.
