Simple
There on time
Other people needed Jet Blue and we were Southwest. Jet blue was the very first so we were all dropped off there and had to walk the full length of the terminal. When pulling several suit cases it was difficult.
On our return we had a large van that was packed with people. We had to make a stop at Orlando airport before making our way to Sanford. I’m not sure if she was running behind but she was driving 85+while pulling a small uhaul behind. She also answered 3 phone calls while driving at that speed. I believe we were all just lucky nothing bad came about. I would not recommend.
Our drive on the start of our vacation was great and drive the speed limit. His communion was gladly great.
I didn’t like the over crowded van and her drive at such excessive speeds.
Our return ride from Port Canaveral to our hotel was great. Plenty of room, and a very pleasant driver.
Your dispatch was also very kind and helpful all around the entire time.
The van we were picked up in for our ride to Port Canaveral was quite dissapointing as it was barely big enough for the number of people that were picked up. Every single seat was full and we were uncomfortably squeezed together for 45 minutes. Not to mention that the rows of seats were so close together that anyone over 5'5'' had their knees jammed into the seat in front of them.

Private car shuttle was an amazing surprise
I was expecting the typical cruise shuttle and instead was picked up in a private car.
