Two hours late, picked up others and took them to their destination before we got to ours and we had a plane to catch. Driver never asked us about what time our flight was or anything and just did his own thing.
They called me to confirm and we’re clear on pick up points

Late pick up and had to go to orlando airport to drop off others. Than back n up to sanford. Hope your in mo hurry.

It was a cheap way to get to airport from ship.

Couldn't figure out where driver was. They would call when arriving then you had to search for them.

Professional reliable and outstanding service!
I liked the personal phone calls with updates on drivers arrival and call from driver with instructions on how to meet him from the cruise ship. Driver drove a blue van which did stand out.
Instead of telling me to look for an elevator driver should say I am parked at number “ blank” much easier to find because all of the parking spaces have numbers. It’s pretty hectic getting off a cruise ship just offering a helpful suggestion for future passengers. Once I came out and saw numbers I called the driver and asked which number he was parked at, definitely a more easier way to quickly find him.
Great price for the shuttle and they called me after I landed to make sure I got to the van on time and in the right place. It was very simple and a direct shot from the airport to Cape Canaveral then in five minutes, I was at my hotel.
The return trip since I wasn’t on a cruise didn’t work out, as they only had morning departure times.

agitated and terrified careening down the turnpike at 80+ pulling a u-haul after been picked up 45 minutes late.
