I paid for a round trip and no one ever came! I have called and emailed this company numerous times. No one has called me back or responded to my email yet! I hate yall!
No one ever came! I called 3 times and left 3 voicemails no one has called me back yet! I had to purchase shuttle service through GoPort who came right on! I will be requesting a full refund!

Accommodating. Allowed us to change times and took us directly to our airport hotel instead of just the airport.
Convince, cost and service.
The vehicles don't have a logo so it was difficult to know which van was picking us up.

Ok.
It got us where we needed to be and was able to pick us up early.
Took too long to load the van and then went to MCO before dropping us at Sanford.
Did not receive service. Had shuttle scheduled, was told the driver went to the wrong airport and I should take an Uber or Lyft to my destination.
Was scheduled for pick-up, called the number as the directions stated when we arrived and was told I would "get a call back". I received a TEXT, not a call back stating that the driver went to the wrong airport and I should get an Uber or Lyft. Horrible customer service as I have left multiple messages with no response for a refund.

Arrival was a long wait, missed connections. Leaving was much better and timely.
