Professional service, from start to finish
The communication, was kept well inft.ormed
No set (identified location for pick up or drop off. BUT even with this the driver was able to guide us to his location)

Disappointed, shuttle was 45 minutes late and on the way back we never saw anyone.
Nothing at all.
The car was small, we had no good place to sit, the driver was 45 minutes late, told us he tried to call us.
We got no information were the return shuttle was going to be leaving the cruise port and what kind of shuttle we should be looking for so we missed it. Driver was constantly making phone calls not hands free.

Did not take shuttle because was horrible experience with overcrowding and was told after i waited hour & 15 min they did not go to sanford airport.

Mis information. Trying to pack van when theres no available seats. Doesnt leave as scheduled

Undependable.. Currently we got a refund for July 19 now waiting for refund for July 29

I pre booked online and they cancelled my booking
Nothing. Terrible customer service. I reached out by phone and email no response.
I was left stranded at the airport and recieved an email saying my shuttle had been cancelled due to not enough passengers. I had to get a car rental. I have to wait 10 days for a refund.
WE PREPAID ON LINE THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AFTER MANY CALLS STILL NOT AVAILABLE ?
We were given a phone number to call on arrival at the airport but got a recording saying leave a message tried many times to contact Quick Shuttle even when we got home for a refund but still not available sounds like a scam had to get other transportation at the last minute reported to TRIP ADVISOR.
Hospitality of the drivers going and coming. Two different drivers but in the same vehicle. Both were awesome!
Calling to confirm pickup on Tuesday was a bit concerning. Initially. I was told that they would refund my money and I would have to find other transportation to the airport. After a few minutes conversation it was arranged. THANK YOU FOR HONORING YOUR SALES PROMOTION!!!!

I liked that I was picked up early. Instead of waiting at the airport.
I didn’t like the confusion that came along with the ride. Everyone was all over the place in my opinion.
