the driver didn't know how to operate his phone GPS, the dispatcher was rude and unprofessional, I was not told we'd be stopping at the Orlando airport

Driver was amazing.
Changed times of pick up and company never changed it in their system. Still got called multiple times for original pick up time

Extremely poor customer experience
Return driver pick up us despite we not on his schedule.
- lateness of arrival
- no available on schedule time
- no option to cancel or refund as we paid upfront in cash
- no remorse from driver on first leg for poor communication, punctuality and customer service

DID NOT SHOW UP NUT CHARGED MY VISA AND PHONES NOT ANSWERED AND CALLS NOT RETURNED!
NOTHING.
They DID NOT SHOW, No calls answered or returned. Charged my card. I had to get a rental car!!
Experience was very comfortable and reasonably price.
The driver was very courteous and professional. Was able to get me to the airport in a reasonable time!!!

Declined my request for a refund even after I cancelled.
Good driver communication.
I cancelled shuttle after the initial pick up request . Declined to refund half.

Great.
Victor was wonderful, pleasant and knew where he was going, and really early.
The driver I had on JUNE 8th, didn’t know the name of the company he worked for, didn’t know my name or who he was picking up. He kept saying Roberts... for every question I asked him. I only got in the car because there was another couple already in his car. Needed my gps to find the hotel and pulled up to the wrong hotel, I had to give him the correct hotel again. He seemed extremely confused and overwhelmed.

Our driver was contacting us before we even got off the ship, was courteous, and got us to Orlando International airport quickly and safely.
Didn’t have to wait long.

They canceled on me while I was on the flight.
Nothing
They cancelled on me and I had to find an alternative once I landed. They need to let you know earlier that they won’t pick you up, not when you are in route to the destination on a flight.

Picked us up early, but then took us to MCO first to drop off others, switch vehicles before taking us to Sanford; making it a two hour trip instead of one hour.
We did get to the airport one hour forty five minutes before our flight.
The extra long drive; would have preferred to be at the airport earlier.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Worst shuttle company and experience I have ever had. They never answer the phone, voice messages or emails. I called and cancelled my trip a few hours before their arrival (Logistic issue on my end) and was told they would refund me 60% of total for late cancellation. I had to call daily to attempt to get an update. I was finally refunded $4 instead of $36. This was the response I received back, unprofessional and it doesn't even make sense grammatically. -> look we have to pay driver we have to pay told we have to the port canaveral to come in and pick you up you are the one brook your Contrack you pay $60 we take $20 for the money we lost some company you would not get any money back last minute cancel you don,t get your money back .you did not wate for the shuttle .so we will give you back only $40.00 back
