When we got to the port I was worried about the shuttle being late. Actually, when we got to port they were already there. I called when I made it outside and I was instructed to walk across street and my driver was right there. Carlos was our driver. He was professional and friendly. He got us to the airport in a timely manner. Experience was great

I was early, they were earlier with a/c ready.
Friendly people. Cheaper then then the cruise line.
Can't beat the price - don't be in a hurry and just be patient they will get you there.

The driver was very courteous.
Part of our party was delayed. He suggested that we wait to see if they came in on next flight. When they didn't, he took us to the port and suggested that they call for transport when they arrived. He did everything possible to accommodate for the situation.

Fast and stress free
Driver contacted me as soon as I got off the lane and came to my location.
They were on time to pick us up at the airport but they missed to pick us up from the cruise terminal back to the airport. They are using shuttles and drivers that also work for many other shuttle services and are coordinated by only one person. We had a scheduled pick up at the cruise terminal and they called to let us know that their shuttles were full and could not take us. Take a Lift or Uber instead. More reliable and a little more, but you get what you pay for.

Poor communication regarding pick-up, otherwise good value for the price.
Price, ability to reserve and pay online, air conditioning in the van/shuttle.

Didn’t use the service; was misrepresented and had to call an Uber!

I didn’t like being misled and being told I would be taken “downtown” to a “Denny’s” restaurant - 20 min away - to pick up more guests to before being taken to my destination.
