The van was supposed to be there at 3:30Am and never showed up. Multiple phone calls and they still never came. By 4am we got a lyft as we were going to miss our flight.

quick trip, friendly driver
not enough room for 4 adults and 4 bags. would have been better with a larger vehicle.
Driver was on time, communicated ahead to let me know who would pick me up. Very good experience.

It was a perfect car and service experience, online booking was a little glitchy.
Very good price compared to competitors, a luxurious vehicle, and extremely professional and friendly service.
Technical issues with website. I had to complete the online form four times until it processed my request correctly. I ordered a car that fit 3, but then my confirmation stated 1 guest, so I had to call to confirm there would be more than 1 person. My confirmation email said I could login to view my confirmation but the website had no login portal. I had to reschedule after booking and there was no clear direction on the confirmation email or website on rescheduling, so I called to change, but then the automatic emails kept coming as if I had not rescheduled.
This was the best company, on time, with a smile, made easy ways to get too airport during unreal traffic. he knew all streets and got us there in record time.
My family all enjoyed Leon, he was very professional, and got us there safely, picked us up in time.
The company did not share our Flight info with him so he was there not knowing where to pick us up or get flight updates to our late arrival , and out flight was delayed, I had given us an extra hour when I made appt, but we were 30 minutes beyond that.
I paid a bit more but I got the extra service I needed.
Pierre was able to pull up right at the door I needed him right when we needed him which was great since I had my elderly mother with me who can't walk much.

Went from Logan to Salem, was ahead of time by 40 minutes of original reservation but driver managed to come earlier
Driver went out of his way to pick me up much earlier then original plan. It was also cheaper than competitors
Overpriced for a crappy and dirty car. Driver was not on time for pickup. I added a tip for driver online. He said he would never receive it.
