Awesome driver and service - I initially made mistake and scheduled for wrong day and in the middle of the night no less but they still picked me up the next night at no extra charge. I’ll always use them in my work trips
Used this service twice, both times driver could not find us and was 30 minutes late.
Driver got us to correct address in a timely fashion once we left the airport.
Very difficult to understand the person who answers the phone. Had to call him 4 times to coordinate where the driver would pick us up. And the website says the driver will meet us in baggage claim area with a sign with my name. That did not happen either time.

Pick up delayed both ways
Bad communication with the office, little information upfront. Would gave been nice to know that the driver can not/ will not come inside. Very expensive. Driver brought a friend along on the way back. Had to take another transport service
The ride to the airport was fine. The ride from the airport had major problems with being over one our late with the pick-up and too much difficulty trying to find the location of the pick up. After four hours of a plane ride my wife and I did not to deal with these issues after we fully paid for the round trip transportation.

Got a ride share instead of a taxi
We got where we were going
I ordered a livery/taxi, not a ride share. The driver also wasn't great at following signage or styaing in his lane, all reasons we wanted a professional, not an uber/left driver (that was what was signed in the windows).

The deiver didnr hold a sign with out name, in fact, ha didn't know our name at all. We didn't get the licenses number or any info to help us locate or identify the driver. Vert frustrating

Driver was canceled at the last minute, they to found a new driver.
Nothing,
The new driver was not explained that our trip was pre paid, and he thought we were runnig out on payment and came after us to pay him, when we were trying not to miss our flight.

Very bad, almost missed our flight
After about 5 minutes past our scheduled pick up I called the operator who said the cab was just 5 minutes away. After another 5-10 minutes passed and the car didn't show up, I called again, and the operator had me call the driver who said he was just about to get there. There were about 7 phone calls back and forth, and when the driver did show up it was an unmarked car (though the website said it would be a marked cab with a uniformed driver), and he seemed kind of confused. It was about 40min after our scheduled pick up time and I was worried about missing the flight and wasn't sure the driver would be able to figure out how to get us to the airport so we ultimately just took a Lyft. On the plus side, Logan Airport Cabs said they would refund me, though I'm not sure if they actually did.
