It was a good experience.
My driver went the extra mile for sure
My flight had multiple delays due to the ice storm in Dallas and lack of flight crews causing me to rebook 3 times trying to get to Boston.
My driver was originally requested for pickup at 4:30pm , then a change to 9:30, and then again to 11:00 pm. He was there on time and drove me 1.5 hours to Dover. He was polite and courteous.

We got home safely
the driver did not meet us at baggage claim as indicated on our reservation, we had to call to make arrangements to meet outside. Aside from NH he did not know where we were going and we had to provide directions for the entire trip. The cab was too small for 4 passengers.
Being charged to waste an hour of my time frantically trying to contact this company and then having to take an Uber anyway. Still haven’t been contacted. I want a full refund at minimum.
I cancelled this by phone 3 times but kept getting reminders. As I didn’t go in the trip I’m not sure why you’re asking me to review. I have also asked repeated oh for confirmation that the order was cancelled and have been ignored.

I have spent more time trying to cancel this order and got no confirmation but did get a refund of money taken prior so still hoping this is a fluke and you did cancel the order as requested 3 times a month ago! Im cautiously waiting to see if I’m charged again because no one will send me a cancellation even though I’ve asked 3 times. And I’ve left 3 messages over the last week in response to reminders for an order I cancelled and got no response .

Driver arrived 20 minutes late, called the office 3x and the man on the phone was rude and could not provide any tracking on my driver " he is on the way he kept repeating and the 3rd phone call..he was mad and replied "OH My God, he will be there...when the Driver arrived he never acknowledged me and was not friendly- he looked like he just woke up out of bed then his driving to the airport at times were at high rates of speed.

Driver was unable to leave car due to construction outside my aunts home, forcing ME to have to load all of her suitcases into the transport vehicle.
