I booked a round trip and the I thought I was getting a car service. They only honored the pick-up and not return. They did a no-show on our return trip we almost missed our flight and had to seek alternative transportation.
I thought I ordered a private car service, but they hired it our to an uber like car service.
The ride to the airport was great, the ride back didn't show up
Driver as on time and provided excellent service to the airport
There was no one to pick me up from the airport despite the fact that I prepaid, and the company did not give me a refund. I received no response from their service team

Very responsive and flexible and friendly
My driver on the way back to Logan was very kind and friendly and even drove my friend to a location in central Boston after dropping me off at Logan.

They did not provide the services advertised on their website.

They did not meet me inside at baggage claim with a sign with my name on it (which was advertised on their website). I specifically chose their service for this reason since I had never been to Boston before and was not familiar with the airport. I waited around for almost 20 minutes until I called them and was directed to go outside to the car. That took a while because I could not understand the directions being provided to me. I ended up being late for an event because of the delay. Also, the seat belt was broken-I did move seats because I would be sitting behind the driver and previous drivers I have had asked that do not sit directly behind them so I made an assumption that this driver would be the same (that’s on me). I cancelled the return trip I had scheduled with them and requested a refund for this trip, which they would not provide.

Terrible experience.
No positives I’m afraid.
Waiting for over an hour after a 7 hour flight ! Staff unaware of booking. Told to go to departures to get picked up although this is not allowed. ! Driver unaware of route and relying on Sat Nav ! Never again.
It was fantastic to know that we had a guaranteed ride for our early morning flight. The driver was friendly, helpful and fantastic.
The poor car was a little run down. Weather stripping falling off, all of the check engine, tire and other dashboard lights were on. For the price, which was double other rideshares, the company should invest in vehicles that are at least maintained.

I couldn't find my car, and I've read a lot of bad experiences with LEG Cab Service.
Nothing.
Couldn't find my ride. When I booked, I gave my email address because I had no mobile data. Said I would log in to Logan's Wi-Fi but no one got in contact with me.

Worse service ever, never again!
The fact that I survived.
Both vehicles were a complete mess and smelled. One had a bad muffler with fumes getting into the car and the second had every warning light lit.
My flight got rebooked. Ik mailed and called the service but zero response.
On the pick-up day, no cab. Called again, had to wait 10 minutes tops but after 45 minutes i was done with it.

Excellent service
Driver was very polite and helpful
Although comparable to other car service companies, Cost to Northshore is very expensive
The driver was 15 minutes late and the car was a mess.
The driver was polite and got us to the airport quickly once he arrived.
Had to wait 15 minutes and the car was messy and smelled bad.

Ordered 2 cars, one didn’t turn up, the other turned up with so much stuff in it that it was difficult to find space for our suitcases, there were multiple warning lights on in the car, the driver nearly hit another car on the drive. Truly terrible. And very expensive (ended up getting an Uber for the car that didn’t show up and that was much cheaper).
