Some of the worst driving if ever experienced. Despite the pick up time being pre-booked we still had to wait outside for the driver to turn up. Driving was dangerous and by far the worst taxi driving ever experienced. Had to use my own Google maps to direct the driver despite the fact upon booking the drop off address was given to the company. You would have thought they could look it up on their own phone or navigation system to follow!! Would not recommend.

Better to grab a taxi at airport and cruise port than booking.
Person that answered the phone did his best to resolve the problem we had. We were able to get off he cruise ship earlier than expected and they sent a car to pick us up early.
Did not come to the luggage claim as the booking said, driver was late for our pickup at the airport, while waiting outside the airport it was hard to identify the cars they use

Ride from the airport was an hour late, but from the hotel to the airport was right on time.
The vehicle was clean and well kept and the driver was nice and helpful.
I had to wait an hour passed my pick up time before the driver showed up and it was a cab and not the SUV. This is the first time I used the service so I can not say if this is typical or an aberrant condition.

Really terrible experience. After multiple contacts in advance of arrival at the airport, the driver couldn’t find us, and the dispatcher couldn’t figure out how to get him to us. It took 35 minutes just to find us. Then, he didn’t know where he was going to take us to the Mager hotel in the city.

Driver was great, car had many maitenencce lights on, and sounded bad.
Driver was efficient and careful.
The car was making noises, had many lights on, and had no AC.

Got to my hotel.
Taxi was late. No name sign for when we came out from airport, no car waiting. Car was dirty. Dirty windows, dirty bottles In Car, dirty seats. No air conditioning. Couldn't understand my driver very well.

Disappointing
A taxi did arrive after calling. The phone was answered right away and corrective actions taken tom handle the absent pick up.
There was no driver to meet us upon arrival. Wo we did not enjoy any of the advertised, and paid in advance, benefits. I have not received a refund for the canceled portion of the car booking, and email has not been answered.

Life-saver for a last-minute 4:00 am airport pick-up
My Uber driver canceled on me at 8:00 pm the night before my 6:15 am flight. I was panicking because there was no way I could afford most of the other options for airport pickup. I booked online and called the number to ensure they received my request. They did, and they arrived at 3:50 am, ensuring I got to the airport on time. I will absolutely use this service again!

I made a reservation ahead of time because I was worried about making my flight. The driver was 25 minutes late. All the lights (oil change, tire pressure, engine) were on, which made me worry I'd be stranded in rush hour traffic and miss my flight. The cost was more than a Lyft would have been, and the only reason I did it was to make sure I could set up the appointment.
I do think my driver did the best he could and he was very adept at taking shorter routes to cut the very long ride (1 hour 4 min) as much as possible due to accidents on the road.
The fact that it didn't matter I had made an appt and had to call in twice to make sure the cab was even going to arrive.

They rescheduled my ride to the airport 1/2 hour before they were supposed to arrive to an hour later. Which would have made us late for our flight. I had to find another ride and cancel their service. They have also not refunded me for the drive which I never got.
No refund offered. Bad customer service, you can’t say you’ll be somewhere an hour after the agreed time and say “you will be fine, you’ll still make you flight”

This was the best experience I've had with one of these services!
The driver was friendly and considerate. The car was perfectly clean. Everything was easy and on time.
