We liked not getting killed.
The driver you sent for us should not have been on the road at all he was falling asleep at least 10 times, we almost side swiped an oil tanker on rt 1 north in Saugus, i could see his eyes closing in the rear view mirror, and kept telling him to wake up, i had to yell at him to get him to wake up at every exit and every turn, very dangerous to everyone on the road, i am very surprised the police weren’t called, not a good experience at all.
The driver was falling asleep at the wheel. On the highway kept going into the other lane cars were beeping their horn at him almost killing us.The whole ride he put his windshield wiper on instead of his defroster. I hope he made it home.

Terrible. The cab Never showed up.
Nothing. They failed to provide the service. And did not respond when we tried to reach them.
Since they did not show up, we had to get an Uber at the last minute I stead and nearly missed our flight because the Logan airport cab did not come. We could not reach them when they did not come, and though we left messages they never responded to us to apologize or explain. Now we have to try to get our payment back. We will never book this service again.

It was a sauna in the car. In the hot humid summer, there was no air conditioning and all the windows were up. It was so uncomfortable.
I appreciated that I arrived on time.
I couldn't believe that the driver had it so hot in the car. It's OK if the aircon is broken, but the windows had clearly been up for a long time before I was picked up and the car was hot and stuffy. I had to have the window down on the highway in order to breath, which just means you have 60 mph wind in your face right before you have to travel.

The driver was more than 35 min late and he was driving like crazy!
The car was large enough to fit us
I made the reservation 4 days before my travels. We had an international flight to catch on a Friday evening. The customer service on the phone kept saying the driver is just 5 min away and ended up being more than 35 min late. The car smelled weird. The driver took the longest way to get to the airport, I had to tell him to take the highway. He was speeding in back roads and he almost passed a red light! I had three kids in the car!

Frustrating and disappointing
The owner seemed to try his best but ultimately, could not get us a car at all. We waited around for four hours before we finally had to cancel. Still have not received a refund.
The lack of communication was abhorrent. I had to keep calling to get updates- first there was a flat tire, then traffic, then just…nothing. Meanwhile, we were just waiting and waiting in the lobby. Every time I called, they said it would just be 45 more minutes. If I hadn’t called, who knows when or if I would have even be updated. Finally, at nearly 2 pm, four hours after we had scheduled our car service, we had to call it and request a refund because we literally would not get there in time for the last ferry. What a waste of a day. I asked him to at least email me confirmation of the cancellation and that a refund has been initiated- nothing. I ended up having to file a PayPal dispute. Completely frustrating, disappointing and entirely unprofessional experience.

I refused to take this cab when the driver wanted to put my 4 family members in the backseat of a Ford Taurus that only has 3 seatbelts.
Nothing. The website was easy to use, but misleading in terms of the service that we would actually receive.
I reserved a taxi for 4 individuals and 4 luggage over 2 weeks in advance. I even called the taxi phone number on my email when the plane landed, that we were delayed so the taxi driver didn't think that we just disappeared. It still took over 15-20 minutes to find the driver after getting out of customs and baggage claim. Finally, we get over to the taxi, and there's already some other passenger in it. The taxi driver tries to tell me that we will put all 4 of us in the back of this Ford Taurus. I tell him absolutely not--this is NOT what I reserved, which was a sedan for 4 people. This is NOT SAFE, as there are only 3 seat-belts in the back seat of a Ford Taurus, not 4. I call back to the taxi service line and demand an immediate refund of my pre-paid taxi service. Then we walk over and get a taxi in the taxi line, which is what I was trying to avoid at 10PM. My refund also did not appear on my credit card, so now I have to work with my credit card to get my money back for a SERVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE.

It was traumatic. Seriously.
The car was very clean
Upon arrival in Boston, we called the company to notify them we had arrived, and we were instructed to meet the driver at Departures instead of Arrivals because traffic flowed more quickly (this made sense since it's the same in Seattle, where I'm from). After 30 minutes of waiting for the driver, we called back and were told the driver was waiting for us in Arrivals. We went down to arrivals and waited another 20 minutes, where there was still no car waiting for us. We called again and were told the driver had to circle back and was coming back to pick us up. We finally got into the car nearly an hour later.
At that point, we discovered the driver did not know how to get to our hotel, couldn't get Waze to work, and I was asked to bring up navigation on my phone. Meanwhile, the driver is driving erratically, as he was fixated on getting a GPS signal on his phone, and not following the GPS instructions my phone was providing. After a few minutes, my phone lost GPS signal, and my daughter had to navigate us to the hotel.
All the while, the driver nearly sideswiped a car and nearly ran over a pedestrian because he was trying to do too many things at once. My daughter and I genuinely felt unsafe in his vehicle. We landed at Logan International Airport at about 8:25 PM, and didn't get to the hotel until about 10:15 that night. The hotel was only 7 miles away from the airport.
I called and canceled my return trip to the airport, and requested a refund because I had absolutely no confidence that I would make it back to the airport in time to catch my flight home. I haven't checked to see if that leg of my trip was refunded. I'm just glad to be home.
I learned the hard way that Uber is truly the most reliable way to get around Boston.

Driver didn't show up and emails are being ignored so unable to get the money back!!!
Our emails have been ignored, we had to order another taxi as the one we booked didn't show up. Apparently it wasn't clear enough stating the name of the hotel and the street it's not for the driver to find us! When only one hotel like that exists and on that particular street. We at least expect some sort of communication after wasting $100 for a 15 min journey that didn't even go ahead!! Awful company, avoid at all costs!

The driver came the wrong day, argued with me at 4:30am that I was incorrect but it actually him who came the wrong day, didn’t even apologize after yelling at me. Then I called the service to confirm the ride and explained “you came the wrong day, can I trust you’ll be correct on the scheduled date/time?’. They assured me yes. However after being 5 minutes late I called the line the day they should have showed up and the operator yelled at me. Then said the driver was 2 minutes away. After 20 minutes late, I called an Uber. The operator also called me back yelling at me “Michelle, Michelle” and some other incoherent words, Michelle is not my name btw. Also, when I said you’re so late I might as well just call an Uber he said “go on then, call one”. I also booked a luxury car and a Toyota Avalon was dispatched to pick me up. 20+ minutes late for an airport cab, not acceptable

The driver almost killed us on the way to the airport.
He was waiting for us on arrival
This driver did not know his left from his right. He kept doing the opposite of what the GPS said. Once we were sure he was clearly driving AWAY from our airport destination, we had to verbally direct himself to get there. At one point he stopped abruptly on a one way street and started driving us backwards after he missed an other turn. No hazard lights. No turn signals… we definitely should have just used Uber

They do not deliver on what they promise -- cannot recommend this service under any circumstances.
Our driver, who is a contract driver for the company, was very nice and a very capable driver. No complaints about him whatsoever.
I paid for a Chevy Suburban, as I was expecting to have 6 suitcases. Fortunately, I only had five because we were assigned an older Nissan Rogue that barely fit 5 bags. There was very little legroom and we had our carry-on bags on our laps. Their ad notes the driver will be in uniform and assist you with the bags. Our driver was 20 minutes late, was not in a uniform at all, and we carried our bags to the pickup area. I complained repeatedly to the service when I realized the size of the car. I intended to cancel the reservation on the spot, but the manager assured me he would refund money. It has been two weeks since we used this service and I have yet to see a refund. I have called him multiple times, and received several excuses, but was told 4 days ago that if I provided my Zelle number, he would send money immediately. I provided this number and never received a refund. The manager does not really speak English and most definitely does not listen to what the customer is saying; he just keeps talking and making excuses. I am taking this transaction up with my credit card. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. Seek other options.

Driver not there on arrival, as promised. Waiting over an hour and many phone calls to company which were difficult to communicate with. No air-conditioning in car and car car unfit for public transportation. Would not recommend and would not use again.

My driver never showed up!

The driver never showed up! This was supposed to be a meet and greet! I phoned the office several times and kept on being told to wait longer. Then finally, I was told there was a closed tunnel and driver couldn't get to me until later. I then took an Uber. I am still waiting to get my money back and filed a dispute with my credit card.
