Convenient and direct on way to cruise ship. Driver efficient and polite. Dropped us off directly at cruise ship. Both drivers communicated pick up well.

Way back we went to Sanford first then OIA. You should not be grouping people from different airports in same shuttle. People on our shuttle we’re stressing out about missing flight because driver went to Sanford first because of accident on Beachline. 45 minute ride went to 1hour 45 minutes. Should have just gone around accident to OIA first.

The driver was nice and we were picked up on time! Highly recommend!!

When they were going to be late picking us up (we ended up taking an Uber) the communication for an estimated time was lacking and they said a time but put it off 30 minutes multiple times. We understand traffic happens but we felt as though our time was not valued and when I asked for a refund she said ok but we never received a refund.

How accommodating they were when we returned after our boat was on fire. Thank you for calling me to update my shuttle time

The website is VERY misleading. We were expecting a Mercedes shuttle bus with 2 person seating and much more space. Instead we ended up getting this little van with little to no space. The van was sooo cramped, and was very uncomfortable the ride there and back. There were too many people and we could barely move. Not to mention, there were people aboard that were coughing (which is how I probably got sick). I would not recommend using this service again.

Really appreciated the text messages we received before each trip. When trying a new company, we always hope for the best and cocoa beach shuttle delivered. Both drivers were friendly and efficient.

Our cruise ship was delayed getting back to port. When I called the company they had already rescheduled us for our arrival date. Our driver was extremely polite and friendly and made the trip perfect.

They picked us up at the hotel and they were on time They were waiting for us and called to let us know where to meet as we got off the ship.

From the port to the airport: communication - poor, timeliness - late, value - we stood at the port for over three hours waiting for our shuttle.
