Fine
Got us to our cruise port safely
Driver seemed a little sleepy. We felt like we needed to talk to him to keep him awake.
Great experience with their shuttle service between MCO and Cruise Ship Port
We departed the ship earlier and the driver and customer were able to help to get us on an earlier shuttle back to the air port. Much more comfortable than waiting outside of the cruise terminals.

the driver was late and we came close to missing our ship departure.
Seatbelt cover was missing on single seat and scratched my daughters leg getting in the van

The expected 45 minute ride took 2 hours because we went to Sanford Airport for a drop-off instead of going directly to the port.
Nice vehicle and courteous driver.
Not going directly to the cruise terminal. Going to Sanford Airport more than doubled the expected travel time.

The worst ride ever

Crap, everyone in bags in the vehicle 11 passenger seat van my party had nine he picked up two no room for bags and passengers to sit comfortable for 45 minute ride

Our initial flight in the morning was cancelled. Then the next flight we got was delayed in leaving too. He assured us that we would make it in time!
