Good value, reliable shuttle transfers from airport to cruise terminal.
Had to cancel the ride due to change of travel plan due to cancelled flight, did not receive an email for possible refund after phone call explaining the circumstance.
The representative was nice and understanding on the phone.
I had a shuttle scheduled for 8/12/23 from Orlando area hotels to Port Canaveral, I called on 8/11/23 and talked to a representative and explained how our flight was cancelled and our travel plans completely changed (we had to fly to Tampa and then Uber to Port Canaveral from there on the morning of 8/12). The rep said he would email me to submit a request for refund (that would be sent to HR)… I did not receive the email. I am reaching out now since I have just gotten to clearing my emails from being away on the cruise, noticing I haven’t gotten anything. He was nice on the phone, I just wish I had gotten the email for possible refund.

Worst experience I’ve ever experienced
The driver was very kind and helpful.
About a third of the way into the drive, the shuttles tire blew out. The driver did what he could . However when another van came they refused to take us to Sanford airport and left us on the side of the highway. Since we were going to miss our flight, we had to call an Lyft. The company reimbursed us for the Lyft but not for the service we did not receive. I am a travel agent so unfortunately I will not direct any further customers to this company. Paying $80 for a service I did not receive is unacceptable

My experience with Port Canaveral Quick Shuttle was the best easy ,non hassle experience I've ever had
The shuttle service was prompt and always available to answer my questions. When I had to change my pick up time at the last minute,my request was honored with no issues.
My driver Reese was awesome and very professional!
Great driver.Dropped me off at the gate of the base instead of the cruise terminal.
Excellent driver.
The brakes needs work.

Our driver was nice. He was on time, and he got us to our destination safely.
My only recommendation would be to mark the vehicle more clearly or include a license plate number for safety, just so that the rider can verify they are getting in the correct vehicle.
