Confusing information, inadequate vehicle for number passengers.
Got to the airport fast which was nice.
Totally crammed into vehicle, elderly parents had tough time getting in and out and got put in the way back. If we had one more adult or a larger person I honestly don't know how we could have fit everyone. All details texted prior to pickup were incorrect... only knew what to look for and where to be due to driver call minutes before pickup.

On time pick ups and drop off on our round trip.
Good price and friendly drivers.
The communications were a little choppy at first, but the days of travel were much better communication wise.

Awesome experience. Reese was there at the time specified.
That when I didn't answer Reese also text me to let know he had arrived and where he was located. The price was affordable as well. Nearly 20 dollars cheaper than Carnival transportation.

Late Pickup To & From
Reese was a nice guy.
Company doesn't plan schedules well, sending drivers in high traffic areas to do other pickups, so they are not on time. We were picked up from the airport 30 minutes late and almost 20 minutes late picked up from the port. Company should buffer 15-20 minutes between pickups so shuttles are on time and/or have more drivers and shuttles!!! It's too hot for people to be standing out waiting beyond specified time.

We had to stop at one airport to let people off and then had to get on another one to our destination.

Friendly, professional on-time service with no worries.
The driver was on time - actually 20 mins early which was fine with us. The pre-arrival communications were greatly appreciated. He was friendly and professional. All-in-all it was a stress free way to get to the Port Canaveral cruise terminal. I will definitely use this service again.
No issues except when I booked the hotel to port transfer I was charged the airport to port price and was then billed an additional amount for hotel pickup.

Well worth the money.
Very convenient, the driver stayed in contact with you so you knew when he was on his way.
Was unfamiliar with the pick up area so we didn't know where to go to find the driver when he got there. Would be helpful to have that info explained to riders so they know where to go.

Driver left without us

I want a refund. Your company does this everyday when it comes to picking people up from cruise ships and should take in consideration that there may be delays and your company doesn’t care. It is not the customers fault that there is a delay. We were ready for pickup at 9:45 and the driver left and said another driver wouldn’t be available till 11:45am. The port would not let us stay around till then. We had no choice but to get other arrangements. I want a full refund and a call from the owner of the company
