The girl who was waiting at the airport when we arrived in Florida she told us that since we had a early return flight that if we got off the ship before 8:30 that there would be a van. There was no van and when I called for return ride the man said the the first trip was at 8:30. I tried to tell him what the girl said he Saadi "if she said that, I would fire her ass". That's very unprofessional.
Even though I had reservations the shuttle never showed up. Most drivers of other shuttle companies never heard of Quick Shuttle. We had to scramble to find another shuttle that could fit us in. Very, very bad.

The women who meet us (ROXY) had no id to show she belong to the company and was very hard to understand because of her accent. The van had bald tires and the driver drove 70 in a 55. They collected the fair for round trip fare at the drop off and never showed up to pick us up for the return trip. We had a 9:45 pick up time and a 12 noon flight. All the information was listed on my reservation and the ship comes in at the same time every week. I called at 10:15 am and was told it was on its way and should be there in a half hour. When I explained to Roxy that my flight was at 12:00 she said sorry it wont make it in time. When I asked about getting my money back she said I would have to email the company.
Had confirmtion # 2 days before trip, received text after landing that shutte service not available on that day.
Nothing, no service provided.
We should have been informed at the time of making the reservation that shuttle service would not be provided on the day we requested it. We believe it was because there were not enough passengers to make the trip profitable for them. Will be reporting them to the BBB of Brevard County.

They let a huge group (who did have reservations) get on the shuttle before us and the driver on the way home was talking on his phone, even though it was Bluetooth...I thought it was a little unprofessional.
One vehicle at our assigned time showed up already full at the airport. A larger vehicle arrived and the eight of us got
on and sat until we were told there was a problem with that vehicle and we were shuffled into another smaller one. A small hiccup that didn't really bother us although it had the potential to keep some people from returning.
Wish I could call with my dates and time to input. Tried and dispatch was "too busy" to take the information.
