2 hour shuttle to pick up at other airport was not in the plans. We were late for check in at pier
We were very specific on timing. We were picked up at MCO then the driver went to Sanford. 2h shuttle!! We were not told in advance. We were told 45 minutes. Driver called my cell phone 4 times before 11:00. Our pick up was scheduled for 11:30. Pick up location was changed twice so we had to move our luggage to 2 terminals. Not very organized and very frustrating for customers

Scheduled transportation, paid for it & it was cancelled by company without any explanation.

I was told to schedule my shuttle online & when I tried to schedule it, the website wasn’t working. I had to notify the company, who was unaware of the problem. When I did get my shuttle scheduled, it was cancelled the next day by the company. I called them to find out why it was cancelled. They promised to find out what happened & call me back in 15 minutes. When a couple of hours passed with no return call, I tried calling them back & no one answered. Poor customer service & and an extremely unreliable company.

The first driver could not make it on time but the customer service and quickness on meeting our needs more than made up for it.
The vans/cars could have been easily marked but were not. Hard to know who they were.
At pickup I called to see if someone was arriving at Port Canaveral to pick us up after our Disney Cruise. I called at 915. They assured me they would call me when they arrive and to meet at #4. We waited 45 minutes. I called again. Man on phone checked on his driver and said that he would be there in 30 minutes. I said ok (mostly because I had already paid for roundtrip service). 30 minutes goes by. I get a text message from someone saying they will be there to pick me up in 30 minutes. So I had waited a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes after the stated time on the postcard they gave me. Post card stated they would be at Port Canaveral at 830, 930 and 1045. They did not follow these times at all. I had to keep tabs on them. I was very angry. I should have gotten my money back. Its a good thing I did not have a plane to catch.

Stranded at Orlando airport - shuttle didn't show up and no return calls

Friday April 13th, 2018. Summary: Shuttle had been booked the previous week for 11:30 am (i have copies of all correspondence including confirmation) as flight was scheduled for 10:25 am arrival. Flight arrived early (10:10) and I called the (407) 529-8803 number to see if I could catch the 10:30 shuttle. I was instructed to quickly go to the A15 pickup area (compared to the A27 original spot) and meet the Access 2 shuttle. I made it to A15 at 10:30 and the Access 2 shuttle was preparing to leave. The driver didn't speak English ("No Comprende" was all he said) and I dont speak Spanish. Showed him my printout of my booking but he was having nothing to do with it as I wasn't on his list. The 10:30 shuttle left and I started calling both shuttle numbers (on the website) and all I got for the next 90 minutes was voicemail. Left messages (with my callback number) and no calls came. No shuttle arrived at 11:30 am - at A27 - for the scheduled run. I'm glad I was travelling solo and without small children or seniors. I ended up - at noon - renting a car for a one-way trip to Cape Canaveral....for $145. Thanks a lot. Now i'm seeing in the Review correspondence that I was scheduled for the 10:30 shuttle??? They had the time to adjust that information but didn't even have the common courtesy for a return phone call to a stranded customer??? I have quite a few friends and family that use(d) this shuttle service to the port, beach hotels and private residences in the Cape Canaveral area. That will change.
The drivers were prompt and got us to our destinations quickly. They were most reasonable.
That when you called they were rude on the phone and it wasn't just two calls each called made. I had a shuttle I paid for that didn't show so I didn't want it to happen again. The email i received said 9:45am they said they sent one that stated 11:30am (I never received it). They could work on there customer service skills
