I called three times to see where the shuttle was, 15 minutes after it was scheduled to pick us up at 11am. Thirty minutes later, someone called me to tell me that the driver was on his way for our 11am pickup.

I prefer when my shuttle drives me from one point to my destination; a service which was not provided. H poo mlours later I received a call asking where to pick me up. They had some serious difficulty understanding that I was already at my destination. No one answering phones to request a refund.

The van was nice.

The website advertised a 47 minute trip from Orlando International MCO to our cruise ship terminal in Port Canaveral. Not only was the driver late but he also informed us to to go a pickup spot that didnt exist B33 in the B terminal. (Which doesnt exist. It ends at B32). He also was hard to understand which forced us to run through the airport to find him after he was already 40 minutes late. He then had to make another stop to lockup more passengers at a hotel (which the website didn't mention) and then he had to make another stop behind a restaurant just for him to get on the phone which presumably was another employee. He was extremely unprofessional as he screamed on the phone to whom he was speaking with. Then he got into the car and said that hes skipping his third pickup. Then we encountered heavy traffic on the highway. (An accident on the highway not his fault of course). We had a 11am to 3pm boarding time. We didnt arrive at our destination until 2:15 pm which caused us to rush through the entire check in process. He also went against what the traffic advisors were asking him to do and then made gestures at them. He was Late, Unprofessional and almost made us miss our cruise. Even if the shuttle for the cruise ship is more money, go with them. This company doesnt demonstrate what they advertise.

The driver was very friendly and safe. Was there at Cape Canaveral on-time. Really enjoyed the driver.

My opinion you need a larger van , to small more room.

That I got a ride 45 minutes later than planned.

It was a Lyft driver when Port Canaveral Quick Shuttle failed to arrive.
