Nothing! Why make a reservation, get an email confirmation, a reminder the day before...and then wait around for somebody to pick you up, but they never show up, never call you, never answer your calls.
This company may do business under other names...the one I booked through was "Port Canaveral Quick Shuttle." The 2 phone numbers on the reservation sheet were: 407-529-8803 and 1-888-320-8497. Be wary of any company who uses this as their contact info...or any shuttle company who has no online review. I suspect they change names frequently because of negative reviews...
My driver Janie picked me up at the airport & took me to my LaQuinta Cocoa Beach Cape Canaveral Hotel. (Had originally booked a shuttlevwith anither company & they keeped giving me the Run Around.& & never showed up to pick me up at the airport!!!). Janie...rescued me! My shuttle driver who picked me up on my hotel checkout date to the airport was also very very nice. (I regret I did not make note of his name.) .
Janie, had a wonderful personality. Plus, Janie, took the time to great every passenger with a smile. Plus, gave us highlights of the Florida surroundings.
My experience with Cocoa Beach, has made me a future customer.
Crap, they didn't pick me up at Orlando Airport & after repeat calls to a number with a voice mail box that is full, i gave up & hired another shuttle!!!!!

I do not like anything about this organization. DO NOT HIRE THIS SHUTTLE, THEY DO NOT SHOW UP AS PROMISED ON THEIR BOOKING WEB SITE, THEY LEFT ME HANGING FOR 3 HOURS AT ORLANDO AIRPORT, UNTIL I COULD HIRE ANOTHER SHUTTLE THAT TOOK ME TO COCOA BEACH, THEY SWORST SHUTTLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, GARBAGE COMPANY!!!!!
