Politically charged driver
Convenient service, great value for money, clean vehicle
Driver kept bumping on the sidewalk, I felt motion sick with the driving, and I don't get motion sickness. Didn't appreciate the politically charged talk from the driver. I didn't need to know that he has his guns ready to shoot and kill anyone who doesn't agree with him and how he can't wait for "the war" to start. Not to mention the rude and abrupt welcome. Turns out he wasn't our original driver and clearly was pissed off that he had to go out of his way to pick us up.

Our first vehicle that pick us up was old, crowded and could have used a step stool for older passengers to get in the van.
Just because the van can hold 12/13 passengers, you shouldn’t assume everyone can fit. Two of us barely had a place to sit. Hanging off the seat as there was no room. This made the hour long drive to the port very uncomfortable. Seatbelts couldn’t even be worn due to the limited space. Will probably not use this service again. Would rather pay a little more for comfort and safety. The ride home, port to airport was much better, but we also left without the final passenger. Shouldn’t try and fit that many people in one vehicle.
Waited almost an hour with no communication from driver. Dispatch kept telling me he was in the way. When can showed up it was a different driver and the van was packed. We would have had to practically sit on top of someone. Ended up taking an Uber. Still haven’t heard from a manager even though I reached out several times.

Hard to find shuttle in port. Van marked as Ramada. Had to call driver to see where he was
Price was only good thing
Everyone in van said they had to call driver to see where he was. Very poor communication about where to meet driver and what van looked like. Company called Port Canaveral Quick Shuttle but van was marked Ramada. They could easily buy car magnets with company logo on it to put on their vehicles for people to easily find them. There were already 13 people on the shuttle and they had to go to Disney port to pick up two more people even though there was only room for one more person. So that couple said no and wouldn’t get on and had to find another ride at the last minute. I’m a travel agent and will never use them again

Not an easy van to get into when you have the whole thing full of people you cant get into the back row
First driver left the airport then had to turn all the way back around to pick up someone else and as well as the second driver had to turn back around to get someone to much time when your trying to make a flight
