There were too many people dangerously close in the shuttle. The shuttle was an hour late. The shuttle didn’t go directly to the airport. The shuttle had not sign to identify the company.

I like that they had good communication, once we landed they called to give us instructions on where to meet them. The workers were nice and very helpful.

I'm not sure what I expected when it came to the vehicle being used, but this wasn't bad. It's a 10 passenger utility van, it was spacious but my partner and I are plus-sized so for us it was a little uncomfortable because it was a full van. Of course, that's on me not them but note, if you are a customer of size and there is no guarantee that it won't be a full van, I would take caution.

Driver 40 minutes late. Didn't even greet me or offer explanation. Was on cell phone at pick up and stayed on phone entire trip. Complete opposite experience of first pickup shuttle.

Service easy to book. They immediately get in touch with you if there is any issue. Driver is professional and get in contact with customer to make sure you reach the right meeting point.

I would suggest to identify the car with your logo to allow customers to find you easily.

Our driver was nice and it was very simple to find our driver. The company called to confirm after my emails were not received rather than just canceling. He drove well and there was plenty of room for multiple people to sit out of each others way.

From the port to our Hotel

No instructions as where to wait, the driver was 30 minutes late from scheduled time, I called in twice and was told the driver would call me and he never did. Also I received an E-mail about a discount if it was paid before pick up and I was not given the 40% discount that was in the E-mail. Please let me know how to handle this. We were delayed departing the cruise terminal because someone who wasn't on the manifest insisted they should be on the shuttle. Your driver did a fine job of diffusing the situation.

Our driver Jennifer was very friendly, professional, and an excellent driver. Jennifer made a great effort to communicate with us ahead of time and make sure we knew exactly where and when the pick up point would be.

Ease of booking, pick up/drop off options. The follow up when there was a problem with our return shuttle. Our driver was in an accident and could not provide the service. We were instructed to take an alternate ride and submit our payment receipt for refund. This was promptly refunded.

Our first service - hotel to port: driver was behind schedule, didn’t seem to know the area & roads well. Drove, in our opinion, too close to other vehicles, constantly checked GPS, didn’t know the layout of Port Canaveral and generally made us feel a bit unsafe. There’s too much traffic on those roads to be tailing too closely and changing lanes so frequently. We were grateful that our return had to be substituted because we didn’t have to risk getting the same driver for another uncomfortable journey.
