Absolutely excellent all around. Timely, friendly, safe, all with a very personal touch. I used Transcour Limo for my teenager's homecoming transportation. They arrived exactly when and where they said they would, called me to let me know they had picked up the kids, and arrived home exactly as planned. The service could not have been any better.
Paul was exceedingly patient and helpful. Driver was very professional, and the value was great. You made it possible for them to arrive in style and safe to prom.

BS PAUL, I own an Excursion and Built Limos in Detroit in the 80's, if it is vibrating bad there is something wrong!
The smell PAUL says in air freshener? That strong to cause a asthma flare up? What smell are you covering up?
The A/C was not working in the back. It was 90+ in the back area. We had to have the driver lower the partition and huddle to the front just to not suffer heat stroke.
Instead of listening to my complaint, Paul makes several different excuses as to why the A/C didn't work.
NEW FLASH PAUL. I don't care what the issue was. It was not working, I am the customer and paid MONEY for the CRAP experience.
My party was uncomfortable, sweaty, and miserable when we reached our destination. Our suits and dresses were damp with sweat, The Ladies makeup ran, it was a nightmare. I should have taken my own car and not wasted the time, but it was a wedding gift to the Bride and Groom
Paul don't make excuses your vehicle suffers from lack of maintenance and you sir, suffer from lack of soft skills and common sense.
