Except for the long delay picking us up at OIA due to heavy traffic, our experience was pleasant.
Vehicle was large enough to easily accommodate our luggage and the driver was pleasant and personable.
Delay of nearly an hour in picking us up at the airport (OIA) due to heavy traffic. Traffic conditions should be checked before vehicles are dispatched so that those conditions will not delay the driver’s arrival at the airport to greet their passengers and help them secure their luggage.

Got abandoned
Made reservations to be picked up from dinner with my fiance for her birthday. She has cancer this may be her last birthday. They called the morning of and canceled with me because they had too many other larger parties to service and it was just going to be the two of us for a few hours. I don't know how you can give a low enough rating for a company that would do that
