Driver is excellent. Friendly and excellent driver. I was in a serious car accident years ago and hate being in a car, especially on highways. I normally am “back seat driver” dont get too close to car in front of us, dont stay in passing lane, etc., and I actually watched a video on my computer and didnt watch the scene around us!!!
Our driver Michelle was a safe wonderful. We totally appreciate her service. She took us going and picked us up to return home. She feels like a true friend we met. MUCH THANKS MUCH MICHELLE.

Driver was on time, nice, and made getting home after the concert a seamless experience.
Reasonable communication after scheduling.
My reservation on the web never actually reflected updates I had to make after the initial reservation. The company did have the updated information, it was just the ‘my reservation’ on the website that had old data.
The car was nice but the driver made the drive much better. She was friendly and kind. I’d definitely choose this company again and request Michelle.

Michelle was awesome driver and customer service! Phenomenal with disabled mother in law. Very good experience.
Ease of arranging, on time pickup, help getting disabled person in car, chauffer's personality, patience, and attentiveness, excellent value from MCO to The Villages (I chose pretty much on price and was very pleasantly pleased!!)

Driver took us to the correct hotel eventually.
Driver took us to the correct hotel.
Driver couldn't open the trunk, and passed us by one time, taking an extra 10-20 minutes to drop off other passengers - I arranged for a grocery stop well in advance of the trip via phone and the driver said no.
