Even after multiple conversations, service wasn't as promised and didn't live up to expectations
The driver was nice
Limo was dated and stained, didn't have a phone hookup for the party to play the birthday playlist my daughter made specially, and limo driver was 17 minutes late picking us up forcing parents waiting for the dozen kids to sit at our home and wait at midnight.
