Our driver was super friendly and helpful. He knew where he was going and he communicated well with us.
His role was to first take us to Stonehenge before taking us on to the cruise port. When we arrived at Stonehenge there was no reservation waiting for our party as EC Minibus said would be there and we had paid for. Thank goodness our driver was strategic in resolving the problem, but it took about an hour to get sorted out (absolutely no fault of the driver's at all) and in the meantime we lost an hour of our time at Stonehenge and the day got very hot very quickly. We had intentionally timed it to be at Stonehenge as early as possible because we had been told how hot it can get there. Someone at the main headquarters had created an error with our tickets, so that was very disappointing.
I liked the private shuttle for just my family and I and I liked the roominess, etc. The driver was very friendly.
Driver was very late; almost 30 minutes. He said he was there the whole time, but he wasn't. We walked the drivers time and time again, several family members did, and he simply wasn't there. My son finally saw him hurrying in from outside. He was definitely late and then lied about it. He didn't know where our hotel was either. At one point we were nearby, but he couldn't quite figure it out so he parked us on the side of the street and left us while he went to find out exactly where it was at. It was kind of weird and felt a little uncomfortable, as we are Americans in a foreign country, and a little anxiety ridden about our location.
IThe group was very satisfied with the professionalism of Emanuel, the bus driver, the tour guide and the condition of the coach
We liked the friendliness of the tour guide and the way in which he explained the highlights of all the places we visited. He even went out of his way to find restroom for the elderly passengers. The driver was aware of the time our flight departed from Heathrow and made sure that he got us to the airport in plenty of time.
Driver right at door of customs building with sign with our names on it. He was polite informative and a very good driver. Drop off was right at the Terminal we required.. Interaction with booking person while ordering the drive was personal, concerned and professional.
We had a large enough vehicle for all our luggage and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room the streatch out for our various trips. The driver was always on time and very accommodating.
The professionalsim of Emanuel and the reliability of the company ws exceptional
I liked the fact that Emanuel cooperated with me for granting special requests from members of my company, for example while we were in London they needed a bathroom break and the tour guide stopped the bus and personally escorted the entire bus to find a restroom. They arrived at the terminal on time, answered any questions that we may have had. It was good to see that Emanuel took the time to personally meet with me at on of the pick up stops. We regret that we could not complete all of the sights due to heavy traffic, and concern for the driver to get us back to Heathrow in time to make our flight. The bus was clean and the driver and the tour guide were exceptional!!
I didn't like the fact that the bathroom on the bus was not working, but the driver and guide made up for it be personally escorting the group to restrooms.
Driver was 1.5 hours late for pickup. We had to keep calling to find out what was going on. Overtime they said he should be there really soon. Very nerve-wracking because we needed to get to Southampton to board our cruise ship.
We were very pleased with our shuttle service. The drivers on both our pick up and return were professional, friendly and courteous. We will use this service again when traveling to England
I loved how convenient it was. The driver was early and waiting for us. He was ready to go. He assisted us with our luggage. The vehicle used was large and roomy.
I do not have any negative comments. Our overall experience was great. We did not have any problems.

The driver and van never got there - We spent over an hour waiting for him and finally had to hire other transportation.
