Diver was 25 minutes late for Pickup and AC did not work in the van
Not much
Driver was 20 minutes late, AC was broken on a relatively hot day, van was old and seats were unconfortable

We used EC Mini bus 3 times during our visit to England in July 2019. EC Mini Bus responded quickly to our emails and it was an easy process to book and pay. The driver was reliable and on time. I highly recommend this company!
I felt the price of £55 was a bit on the expensive side

Excellent
Timely communication back and forth setting up trip; very accommodating to change requests; helpful advice by email.
Driver appeared very tired and I feared he would fall asleep. He kept opening his window and ribbed his face and neck. I watched his eyes in the rear view mirror the entire trip.
