We arrived and didn’t clear customs for almost 2 hours. My driver called me and was waiting for us at the exit. He was very patient and pleasant to boot. Thank you for making a trying experience less harrowing.

Driver could have been more assertive about locating us,over 1/2 hr wasted.
Being picked up at Hotel. Driver was very friendly and courteous and accommodating.
Driver seemed very unsure of where he was going. We arrived an hour+ later than expected but in all fairness traffic was jammed up.

Excellent service from start to finish.
I really appreciated the prompt responsiveness from the owner Emmanuel during the booking process. I communicated via email and he always answered all my questions. I immediately felt comfortable that I was dealing with a legitimate and professional company. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver than Alex. He was prompt, helpful, pleasant, and kind. My husband and I enjoyed conversing with him during the 2 hour drive from our London hotel to the Southampton cruise port. The whole experience was great.
