Easy arrangements, reliable service
Making the arrangements was quite painless, all done via a couple of emails.
We had an excellent experience using the ECMiniBus transport service. Everything you see on the review is true from reservation with Emanuel to the drivers - excellent. Our trip involved 3 legs, from the airport to the hotel, hotel to Southampton port and from the port to the airport and we used their service in all 3 of them and we’re very happy with their service - Superb! I would definitely recommend them to our friends and will use them use them again.
Their professionalism. From the reservation with Emma and to the drivers that picked us up - excellent/superb - very pleasant! The drivers were there ahead of us, we didn’t have to wait.
The driver was one time, friendly. Booking was easy and all my questions were answered quickly. We booked while in Canada. We have used the service two years in a row, and highly recommend them.
That you didn’t even Contact us & when I comtacted you, you lied and said the contact info on file was wrong. Contact number was listed correctly on the email you sent when booked
EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! Our plane was late, our hotel was late, our other excursions were late - but EC driver was ready and waiting for us at the airport and for our sightseeing tour - and the driver was very friendly and informative!

Really great experience for both the airport to hotel and the hotel to cruise port trips.
Stress free! The driver for the airport to hotel transfer waited for us quite a long time because of a lost luggage situation. We really appreciated that he didn’t leave without us. After the stress of having lost luggage and taking a long time to complete the necessary paperwork it was a tremendous relief to come out and see our driver still there. Thank you so much! For the transfer from the hotel to the cruise port we were joined with friends and we were all very satisfied with the driver and vehicle. The minivan was the perfect size for all our luggage and the 4 of us. Thank you Emanuel for your excellent service. Please pass our thanks on to our 2 drivers too.
