I liked the cost, the friendly drivers, and my ride TO the cruise terminal was fantastic.
The pickup from the cruise terminal to my hotel was an hour late, which wasn't a big deal (except for my anxiety lol) BUT there was a woman on the shuttle who was really upset because she was going to miss her flight because of the delay. I know it wasn't the driver's fault, but I feel like management should re-evaluate how they do pick ups at the terminal. To be honest, in the future if I had to go right to the airpot, I'll either take an Uber or book through the cruise itself and pay a couple of extra bucks.
We were picked up at an airport motel, were going to Carnival Cruise Port. The office sent our driver to Disney to pick someone else up after we got on. We were on the shuttle for almost 2 hours!
Out driver was very friendly and courteous, It wasn't his fault he was sent out if the way. There was like 11 people In shuttle after picking up the couple from Disney.
You really need to work on your schedule!
This was the only problem we encountered. The driver and price was perfect.

Frustrated & disappointed
The second driver was pleasant
The first driver was surly & was over an hour late for pick up at Orlando Sanford airport.
Patch texted me back right away and called me when he arrived at the port. Very friendly.
I was expecting a shuttle, but it was his personal vehicle. It was fine, just different. He drove fast with a lot of brakes... so we were a bit "seasick" when we got to the airport. :) Otherwise, I was very happy with his service in getting us to the airport from Port Canaveral.

Ride to port was great. Returning from port was a literal nightmare.
My pick up time from port was 9:45. My driver was there at 8am… then left because we couldn’t get off the ship and we were not picked up until 10:45. Unacceptable.

Good communication, on time for pickup, efficient and safe transportation from cruise terminal.
Driver was very friendly and kept in touch prior to arrival at the port for pick-up. Driver's name was Reese.
Chaos of where to meet the driver at the port. That was my only concern. Otherwise, great.
I just wish the driver did not have to make coordination calls or texts while he was driving. I understand it needs to be done but I would have preferred his full attention to be on the road.
