I would not use this service again because it was late for both trips which meant that my time means nothing to the company
Getting dropped off and picked up right by the cruise ship
The shuttle was an hour late picking me up from the airport and then late picking me up from the cruise port (even getting moved up to the 8:30 pick up, we still didn't leave the port before 9:20.

Ran a little late, but I got your destination on time. Driver was friendly. Communication was great. Vehicle was comfortable. And environment during the drive was relaxing.

Adequate but could have been better
On time up pick up
11 adults were extremely squishy in the van provided.
We were delayed disembarking our ship, so did not arrive on time for the shuttle we had booked, they tried numerous times to Contact us (unfortunately my international sim was not working). They kindly arranged a shuttle for an hour later - very professional service.

Having to go to another airport to pick someone else and dropping them off at their cruise before going to our cruise.

Disorganized, driver drives super fast to make up time. Picking up too many passengers to make money and not fulfilling pickups-on time
We got to our destination safely
Disorganized. Rushed. I liked we get the text asking us to text back when we are off the ship, but no response. When I called, was told I have another driver. Called and texted the other driver and no answer. I had to call the main office to finally get a hold of someone.

Rease was a great driver on the first trip but on the return trip Laury wasn't very friendly, never texted me back after multiple times to contact him.
The first part of the trip was great. Rease was a great driver and very friendly.
On the return trip, there was no communication, we waited 45 past our time. I contacted them multiple times and never heard back. Luckily I was Rease there picking up other passengers and he gave me the info I needed.

Great value and great service
Friendly, one time pick up & clean shuttles.
Only 1 thing. Other passengers being picked up should be held responsible & be left if they are taking forever to get off their ships. The driver spent more than an hour going back & forth to different cruises looking for these passengers before we finally left for the airport. That was aggravating.
They never replied to any emails. Waited for over 2 hrs in Canaveral and ALL other shuttles had left, leaving a $175 cab the only option.
No direct communications, if you don’t have a way to phone them at the port, forget it. The post is busy as hell and the picture below is near the end.
GoPort looked to have a much, much slicker operation I’m afraid, so maybe look there instead. Obvious GoPort markings and dedicated GoPort staff at the port giving 100% confidence.

Very friendly driver and extremely organized operation. Smooth sailing from hotel to cruise ship!

The driver kept us informed. She arrived early and got us to the airport in plenty of time.
The driver was great. Very friendly and helpful.
The website is extremely confusing. It allowed us to book our reservation and afterward said to allow 90 minutes for travel time. I would have booked an earlier time if it said that prior to the booking.
