Driver left port without us.
Friendly driver (Leroy) from MCO to cruise pier.
Our cruise ship pickup time was scheduled at 9:30am. However, NCL had a major snafu and did not begin letting people off the ship until about 9:20am. Even though we tried to get off quickly, we did not clear the ship and get our luggage until 10am. During the period from 9:30-10:00am, the driver and I texted back and forth. I explained we were delayed in leaving the ship and asked him to wait for us. When we retrieved our luggage, I then called our driver, who told me he left without us. WTF?? We had prepaid $50 for the return trip. We had to pay another $70 to get on a different shuttle back to MCO. Do I think I’m entitled to a $50 refund? Without a doubt.

Our driver Reese and customer service were great. They dropped us off at our hotel instead of the airport when i accidentally put the wrong drop off point in

Reese was very personable. Got us where we needed to go safely and on time.
Very confusing at Port Canaveral where to meet. We walked back and forth 3 times, Port Canaveral staff said he wouldn’t be allowed at this area to load, so we went where they told us and then back to the original area where the driver was waiting for us (where the staff said he would not be allowed to load). NCL ship.

Had to take shuttle to MCO airport first, then switch to a car that took me to Sanford airport.
Drivers were nice, just not a direct transport. .
Thank goodness my flight was delayed or would have missed flight
