My pre-paid cab did not show up for an early morning flight and I thus had to call an Uber
I registered a complaint online and it was responded to very quickly with a sincere apology and a credit for not only the cab that didn't show up but for the cab that did show up the day before to take us to Target Field
Nothing. They didn't show up at my door, even after I got a call at 5:07 saying the driver here or was on the way in a few moments.

Hi Darlene,
Your card was declined. This is why a cab was not sent to you. You must have an authorized payment for us to send you a cab via our discounted prepay ordering system online.
The driver was given the wrong terminal information even though the correct terminal was given at the time of booking. Luckily I printed my order confirmation. Or I would have had to pay $30 extra.
Was overcharged, paid before online and fare was less than I was charged
Driver didn't know where location was, and was overcharged by company ahead of time

Hi Corrine,
I am a little confused? Usually paying online will be cheaper unless it is a short run as there is a $15 minimum. Your fare being prepaid does not take into account stop lights and traffic, thus the beauty of online prepaying.

They were 25 minutes late for pickup and we had to drive to the airport, pay $80 in parking fees, and still missed our flight.

They made us pre-pay for the service, didnt pick us up on time, and their phone number is just a recorded advertisement on loop. Complete BS.
