I am sorry to hear this. We had some system issues when they were updating our online ordering. It looked like orders were coming in, but didn't look like payments were going through. We fixed the bug and shouldn't have problems going forward.
I would be more than happy to refund your card. I just need some info on your order so I can get that refunded. What day it was for and what address you were trying to be picked up from.

i was over charged the trip was less the cost of what the actual rate was I paid ahead of time online and still didn't get reimbursed for the amount that wasn't charge that was upsetting want use blue and white anymore cheating people out of their hard earned money
I could smell the car's air freshener before I even opened the door (I don't know how that is possible!) – if I was sensitive to smells the ride would of been hell; but I'm not so it was fine.
Over charged. Paid $70 for the drop off and $50 for the drive back. Same distance each way. I will not be calling you again
Being had. I also believe my CC number was stolen by either the driver or the site was compromised, as there was foul play immediately after the trip and had to get a new card.
The car was on time and we got to the airport efficiently.
The website: calendar is British rather than American and I could easily have scheduled the wrong day, plus I wasn't given the option of including a tip which I've done in the pastl.
