Taxi did not arrive. No contact from anyone. I used Uber instead, which ended up being half the price. Please do not contact me about this trip again.

The reason your cab did not show up is because you did not pay for your cab. The online service is a "prepay" service. The button you clicked on says "Please advise: This is a PREPAY SERVICE. You must complete payment in order to receive your ride. Click below to confirm and continue. I understand, please continue."
We also have an app similar to that of Uber. You mentioned they are half the price. We do not surge price during times when you guys need cabs most (bar close, snow storms, rain and so on).
I hope you do give us a chance. Please ensure you pay when you use a prepay service to receive service.

Online ordering is a minimum order of $15 no matter where you are going and then you put also included a 25% tip on the order. It may be easier to order via phone and pay in cab if you want to save some money on shorter orders.

On time arrival
The condition of the taxi, which was pathetic to put it mildly. Heavily rusted exterior, no air-conditioning, torn seats upholstery, filthy interior, a horrible rattling noise coming off the rear right wheel region when driving on the highway. It gave you the impression that the car was about to fall apart at any moment. This was by far the worst taxi ride experience I ever had not only in Minneapolis where I live but anywhere in the world (and I have been just about everywhere in the developed and developing world).
And to top it all off, when we arrived at the airport the driver attacked me verbally for not paying him. When I had already paid online including his tip, which I regret every penny of it! He kept yelling at me in front of everyone at the airport that I owe him his money. Of course I explained to him that I have already paid and walked away. But you can imagine the embarrassment I felt from this abuse.
Unless you fully refund my money this is the last time I will ever use your services. You should be ashamed of your company for having such cars and drivers on the road.

You are absolutely right and I apologize. We had the cab in for inspection and have since taken it off the road until all repairs are made. I am going to refund your card for the full amount for the experience you had with us.

I did not have a good experience with the taxi services. The driver could not communicate in English.
I was traveling with my family and I had reserved one taxi from my residence in Minneapolis to the MSP international airport. I needed to be dropped off at Terminal 1 and my folks needed to be dropped off at Terminal 2. However, despite confirming this with the customer service agent a previous day, there arrived 2 taxis on the day of the travel. When I attempted to communicate with the driver about the possible confusion, he just took off without any communication. The second driver said that he had no idea about two different drop offs (although I could later see description about this in notes on his screen) and I would need to pay extra for different drop offs. I explained to him that I had already made the payment online, and he took us to the airport anyway. The driver could not communicate in English and did not seem to understand what we were saying. There does not seem to be much communication between back end support and drivers.
I had to wait for over 45 minutes when they said it would be about 15 minutes. Upon the cab's arrival they driver told me he had been waiting at another address for over 20 minutes. I rechecked my order online twice and he had it wrong, not me. The car was ratty as well and I paid much too much for such a short ride. Not using this service again.

The first driver got lost and called me. I couldn't understand what he was saying except he said Knox ave North. I am Knox ave South. Living in Minneapolis, this is a solid 20 minutes away from my house. I had to call the cab company back to get another cab. I always call cabs earlier than I need when going to the airport, so I wasn't worried about missing my flight, but this shouldn't happen. When the new cab came, the driver was extremely nice, but the car was filthy. It smelled awful and was extremely dirty. I'm going to be using uber from now on, where I can track the driver, and know the car that picks me up is clean and new.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Please provide your pickup address so I can look up your order. I want to see where the order was put in wrong. It is done on an auto drop system so it should have put whatever you put into your online order. I also would like to inspect the cab you mentioned was very dirty.
Lastly, we do have our own app similar to that of Uber called SevenThrees where you can track, pay and know who your driver is. We are fully insured with no surcharging.

He charged me $10 extra because he was told that I was going to airport but did not know I was going to terminal 2. He first said I should pay $5, which I agreed. But then the driver only gave me $10 change back when I gave him a $20 bill at the airport. He claimed that it was $5 per mile. I am not stupid but did not want to spend time arguing with him as I needed to catch a flight.
I will never order from Blue and White again, and will tell all my friends and family not to order from you. It was totally a rip off and fraud.
