On this trip and the trip to our destination we used Blue White Taxi and BOTH drivers (they were different) told us we input the information wrong and they would have to charge us more. We were able to pull up our submissions on our email but the drivers did not want to see it. They insisted we were wrong. This driver was downright rude and asked what we were going to do, pay more since we did it wrong or get out. NOT ACCEPTABLE. We did input the information correctly and for some reason his screen showed different. Not using your service ever again. I will not recommend you either.
The driver kept asking me if I left him a tip online. He was hesitant to give me a ride because I didn't print out my receipt. He was texting while driving. He swerved in between lanes. He did not know how to get to my requested location. After I told him I work in insurance, he kept asking how much he'd get if he were in an accident. AWFUL experience with a very poor driver.

The service was timely and efficient but I am seriously distressed that when agreeing to a 15% tip, was charged $15 on a $25 base cab fare.

Website is deceptive or defective in the addition of a tip. I agreed to 15% and the web site added $15. In addition, the driver had extremely limited english skills

The ride was ok, but the driver was rude and putting pressure on me.
I like the booking online and the fast response and on time service.
The driver was calling every 5 minutes to know my whereabouts when I first told him my flight was delayed, then he charged me for the wait another $20.00.

I accidently booked the cab for the wrong day- so I called the company to have them cancel the incorrect day and to get a cab to me as soon as possible. The cab never came so I needed to call for a different one and then the canceled order showed up the next day... Why do you even have customer service?

Unsafe, impolite, and not knowledgeable.

He pulled right up to my house and loaded/unloaded my luggage.
He didn't talk at all, even when I asked questions or tried to converse.
I felt safe and comfortable with the driver.

We booked a cab for 4:30 am to catch a flight. Did not show up and we called Uber that got us there on time
